Summer Reads! (A Linky!)

Can't beat time to sit down with a good book!  For me that rarely happens during the school year so now that summer is here I have already zipped through 2 books!  Thought I would share those with you and share what I have on my To Read list as well!  After you check them out, hop back over to Lucky to Be in First and take a look at all the other teacher bloggers that are enjoying a good book!

The Summer Girls was finished this morning!  I've become a little hooked on Mary Alice Monroe so now I need to read them all! :)  They are set in Sullivan's Island, South Carolina and it's a story of sisters in the summer!  This is the first one in the trilogy!  Can't wait to read the other two!

Love Walked In by Marisa de los Santos is a wonderful story of family and life.  Everything by her is great!
The Precious One is another favorite by Marisa de los Santos.
The Shelter of God's Promises is a great Bible Study that I just finished with my small group.

And then a few that are on my to read list...

The Summer's End and The Summer Wind by Mary Alice Monroe are the next two in the trilogy!
Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty seems to be on everyone's list so it sounded good.
All Joy and No Fun by Jennifer Senior is a book I picked up at a teacher conference after hearing her amazing keynote about how tough it is to be a mom!

So, this is just a few that I plan to dive into this summer!  Stay tuned for more good books as the summer rolls on!

Don't forget to hop back to Lucky in to be in First to see all the other teachers who have linked up!  MANY great books to read this summer!
